BOOKING PROCEDURE
A maximum deposit of 25% of the tour fare must be paid as reservation fee. The balance of full payment must be made within 7 days before the date of tour. A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
OPERATION PROCEDURE
You have to inform us of the changes of on the number of participant in the tour. You have to inform our tour information to your participant of their entitlements and type of travel and tour arrangement for him.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness, loss of money, cancellation, flight delays or lost baggage.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
You agree to take all measures in relation to your own safety while on tour including the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses, floatation device, and helmets) and obey all listed signs and oral/written warnings regarding health and safety. Neither the Aquesta Travel & Tours nor its Third Party Suppliers are liable for losses or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instruction or warnings.
TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICES
Minimum is 2 pax per package. The package will be charge as per adult rates. Childen aged 2 to 12 years old is discounted 50% of the adult rates. Meanwhile, infant a below 2 year old is FOC. We reserve the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, taxes, airport charges, local operator costs, currency and exchange rate fluctuation, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable tour or services.
